Pentru cei ce n-au citit articolele incă, iată un scurt sumar.

  • în aprilie 2007 am primit un mesaj nesolicitat de la Urban şi Asociaţii, mesaj la care am răspuns public pe acest blog;
  • în martie 2008, Urban şi Asociaţii au fost amendaţi pentru spam expediere de mesaje comerciale nesolicitate;
  • în mai 2008, Urban şi Asociaţii cheamă în judecată firma Hangar Hosting;

Vera de la Inter Contact Group (vera@intercontactro.com) s-a gândit că poate m-ar intersa o conferinţă despre email marketing şi a trimis spam fără jenă.

Disclaimer-ul de la final e mai jalnic chiar şi decât cel standard

Pe scurt, e vorba de Prima Conferinta de e-mail Marketing 2010!.
Cu alte  cuvinte, îţi trimit spam ca să te chem să te învăţ cum să trimiţi … email comercial.

Partea cea mai neplăcută e că la conferinţă vor lua cuvântul consilieri din Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere
a Prelucrarii – Datelor cu Caracter Personal, fapt ce aruncă o pată groasă de noroi pe obrazul instituţiei şi aşa schiloadă din cauza bugetului transparent.

Mai apare acolo şi un nenea de la White Image, compania aia ce trimitea spam pentru ING. Acum vă e clar ?

Dragă Vera,
atâta timp cât nu ai acceptul meu SCRIS pentru a-mi trimite oferte comerciale, tot ce-mi trimiţi este spam şi va fi raportat ca atare.
