Spam de la Romtyre SRL

Doamna sau domnişoara (?) Nicoleta Pal de la Romtyre SRL din Sibiu nu are capacitatea de a pricepe că ce face e ilegal.  E prea complicat să citească legea 365/2002, pe care o invocă în mesaj.

Aşa că Nicoleta Pal trimite mesaje nesolicitate (spam adică) la adrese furate de pe internet.
Nicoleta, adresa la care ai trimis mesajul cu nesimţire NU este publică.
Nu ai dreptul să trimiţi mesaje la destinatari care nu ţi-au dat acceptul scris pentru aşa ceva.

Dacă vrei lămuriri suplimentare, citeşte textul legii.

Mesajul a fost raportat la MCTI ca nesolicitat.
Amenda pentru mesaje nesolicitate este (dacă nu  mă înşel) între 5000 şi 50000 lei.

la ora la care scriu (15.15), pana si site-ul Senderbase a mirosit ceva:
de la IP-ul Westlake volumul de mesaje a crescut de ieri cu ~1300%.
